Alabama Ejectment Suit – Second Critical Mistake – Assuming Nothing Can Be Done

by John Watts on November 9, 2011

In Alabama you have a foreclosure (privately conducted) and then if you do not leave your home the mortgage company will sue you in court for “ejectment” or eviction.

The first most common mistake we see is not responding to the suit.

The second most common mistake is just assuming that since the foreclosure has happened, there is nothing you can do.

This is not true – if the foreclosure was wrongful then you can address that in the ejectment lawsuit.

If you have any questions and you live in Alabama (including if you want our free book on the five mistakes) then call me at 205-879-2447 or visit my website www.AlabamaConsumer.com.

Thanks and have a good day.
