After a foreclosure, you will normally have a real estate agent (or two) show up at your door telling you that you have to leave your home.
Sometimes they will offer you money. This is called “cash for keys”….
Just because there has been a foreclosure in Alabama does not necessarily mean you need to leave your home.
Often the foreclosures here in Alabama are improper and wrongful. Your best course of action may be to sue the mortgage company.
